Request account deletion

If you no longer have the Mano app installed, you can request account deletion by emailing us.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to manoemotionalspt@gmail.com
2. Subject: "Account deletion request"
3. Include the phone number you used to sign in
4. We will confirm and process within 30 days

What is deleted: Personal information (phone number, session comments, ratings) will be permanently deleted. Anonymised payment records are retained for accounting purposes.

Still have the app?

If you still have the app installed, you can delete your account directly: tap "Delete account" on the main screen after signing in.
